Nuetech Solar Systems Private limited believes in Total Quality Management in its true sense by practicing comprehensive quality control procedures throughout its operations, starting from raw material and bought out components, stage-wise quality checks during production and processes, mandatory leak and pressure tests on Absorber assemblies and hot water storage Tanks, standard quality control procedures and best practices in workmanship, packaging and forwarding. The Quality team is packed with young and bright engineers, ever vigilant and innovative in solutions.

Exclusive Processes:

Nuetech adopts some exclusive processes thus setting benchmarks in the Indian Solar Thermal Industry.

• In-house Ultrasonic Tig Welding for the bonding between the Fin and Tube of the selective coated copper Absorber, instead of the usual soldering and brazing, assures optimum heat transfer contact area resulting in the high efficiency of the products.
• The automatic linear, radial and nozzle welding for the domestic stainless steel hot water storage tanks, up to 500 litres capacity, avoids usage of external filler and flux materials, giving a perfectly homogeneous weld, fusing the parent metal together with optimum weld strength and eliminating any uneven weld. This assures a weld devoid of any blowholes, air locks and human errors.
• The automatic leak test for the Absorber assembly and storage Tank enables fail proof test eliminating human errors and over sights.

Special Features:

• Nuetech products are designed to be User Friendly for easy operation and maintenance. Simple provisions for periodical draining of the Collector and tank are provided in every system supplied. The SHRC systems also have unique, simple de-scaling provisions, avoiding the necessity of repeatedly calling the service technicians for the upkeep of the systems.
